ABOUT TULLY

Hi, all! I’m Justin Tully and I’ve been helping folks reach their health & fitness goals for 12 years.

 

I believe in adding sensible and sustainable habits to your routine to ultimately design a path to being stronger, living easier, and aging with the best of ‘em. 

 

My sessions are effective, efficient, goal-oriented and fun. And the open-air aspect is shown to elevate mood and increase vitamin-D production.

 

I excel at working around your limitations while showing you a clear route to achieving your goals. Whether you're someone looking to reduce chronic pain or minimize nerve discomfort, or you’re experiencing stenosis, arthritis, or tendonitis, or you’re looking for a guide to getting your strength back, I promise I’ve seen it all and I truly believe I can help.

IN-PERSON TRAINING

Personal Training is just that, personal. It's one-on-one work and the most efficient way to your goals. This is the classic, tried-and-true training method, covering everything like program design, exercise selection, proper form, nutrition, flexibility and lifestyle changes. You'll be challenged, learn a lot, and have lots of laughs along the way. Stop "working out" and start training to reach levels you never thought possible. You've got this, partner!

RATES VARY FROM $85-$105 PER SESSION

TRY ONE ON ME!

ONLINE TRAINING

Some folks just want to train on their own time - and that's ok! With Online Training, you bring the discipline and I bring the plan of action. I will write a personalized 6 to 12-week program utilizing equipment you already have access to and we have check-ins to discuss intensity, nutrition, exercise selection and recovery. Using the True Coach app, we can communicate effectively and easily make changes on the fly to maintain a solid pace toward your goals!

$150 PER MONTH
